Shipping Policy


If you make a purchase through the Site, your name, telephone number, and shipping information must be provided to third party shippers such as UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service to deliver your purchase. There also may be instances in which we drop-ship orders directly to you from one of our manufacturers or suppliers. These drop-shippers are only given your name, postal address, and telephone number for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.

Standard Shipping:

We offer discounted shipping rates as compared to the standard UPS and USPS published rates. Orders are shipped via UPS ground or USPS. Generally, it takes 1-3 business days for order delivery. However, it can take up to 7 business days for your products to arrive in case of delay due to the occurrence of unpredictable events. Shipping rates would vary from one item to another with respect to the weight and volume of the order.

Closetster offers free shipping on over $200.

International Shipping:

For all International Orders, customers can use Stripe as a payment method.

Back Orders:

In cases of inventory going out of stock, it can be back-ordered. Customers will be notified if any item is unavailable at the time of purchase. In this case, the customer will be requested to wait for the item or have their order shipped minus the unavailable item. If the customer decides to backorder, our logistic team will ship the item as soon as it becomes available.

Checking Your Order Status:

Customers will receive a shipment company’s tracking number via email after their order has been shipped. The shopper may call us to confirm your order status if they haven’t received your shipment in 3-4 business days. Also, get in touch with our customer support team.
